My Story
Cheri, founder of Love this Life, and her clients are living proof that we can “have it all”, an extraordinary career, relationships and health all at once. Sacrificing one for another is unnecessary and in fact thwarts our performance and success in the very area where we are focused.
As a 20+ year executive at the largest company across the globe in her industry, Cheri has served as an internal consultant specializing in change management and process improvement throughout her career, identifying how to run the business better. Cheri has led global organizations and coached countless managers, teams, and individuals to perform their best.
Having studied at the top business school in the world and graduating with honors she is trained in management, operations, strategy and entrepreneurship. More recently Cheri trained and certified at a board-accredited life coaching academy that is part of the Forbes Coaches Council and endorsed by the International Association of Professional Life Coaches, grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, neuroplasticity, and neuro-linguistic programming. Modalities include emotional freedom technique, emotional intelligence strategies, personality / leadership style assessment. phobia cure, Dickens method, and rewriting trauma.
Cheri combines her business experience and coaching techniques to guide individuals and groups to thrive in their career, relationships and health through alignment, mindset and execution strategies. The result is whole-life success.
